In the first part of the course, we will discuss different approaches within feminism. We will pay close attention to how they define the sources of gender inequality and what solutions they offer. In the second part, we will apply this theoretical and conceptual framework to the contemporary issues in feminist politics. In this part, we will focus on women’s political participation, the role of women in social and political movements, international politics and recent debates within feminist politics and search for alternative struggles. |
