Ayrıca finansal piyasaların işletmeler üzerindeki etkileri, yatırım projelerinin değerlendirilmesi, finansal risklerin ölçülmesi ve yönetilmesi gibi konular da ele alınmaktadır. Ders süresince öğrenciler teorik bilgileri gerçek hayat örnekleri, vaka analizleri ve finansal veri yorumlama çalışmaları ile pekiştirme fırsatı bulmaktadır. | This course provides a comprehensive examination of the fundamental concepts of financial management and financial decision-making processes within firms. Topics covered include the time value of money, financial analysis, capital budgeting, the risk–return relationship, cost of capital, capital structure decisions, dividend policies, and working capital management. The course also explores the impact of financial markets on corporate decisions, the evaluation of investment projects, and the measurement and management of financial risks. Throughout the course, students reinforce theoretical knowledge through real-world examples, case studies, and financial data analysis exercises. |
